v     Train Teams for each age level for each association

v     Train language teams for Hispanic, Korean, Chinese, and Filipino

v     Develop work with African-American consultant team for age-level training

v     Begin Women on Mission organization on campuses

v     Develop a Missionary Parent Fellowship

v     Identify, nurture and equip leadership for our churches, associations and convention
